How to get support? We offer completely free support for your free hosting. This section is the recommended path to get support. If you have a problem with your free hosting account don’t hesitate to contact us and open a support ticket

Create New Ticket

You may need to contact us at some point due to technical issues or other stuff. You can use our internal ticket system included with your control panel and we suggest you open a new ticket as soon as you have questions.

How to Create a NEW ticket to contact support:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in Create New Ticket (image 2)
  3. in Domain Name, select the site that is giving you problems (domain or subdomain) from the drop down menu; in Subject, give a good title for your problem; in Question write the body message, describe your issue with plenty of descriptions and add as much info as you can, for example, links, error messages or other text strings that could help to understand and research the problem in question

  4. finally, click in Submit Ticket

Important: if you see a Captcha, you have to answer it correctly

Your ticket has been created and is awaiting an answer by support team, please wait patiently, your ticket will be attended as soon as possible.

List Open Tickets

Here you can check your ticket status by. After creating a new ticket you’ll want to pay attention to answers or add relevant information to the ticket. When an answer is delivered the ticket status is changed accordingly.

How to change a ticket or add new information:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in List Open Tickets (image 4)
  3. you will see a table with 5 columns: Ticket ID, Status, Domain, Subject and Updated. To read your ticket click its line under the Domain column

  4. If you need to give more details, continue using the same ticket by using the answering box provided below the ticket, do not open new tickets to answer existing tickets.

List Closed Tickets

Here you can read your CLOSED support tickets

How to read old CLOSED tickets:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in List Closed Tickets (image 6)
  3. you will see the same table with 5 columns: Ticket ID, Status, Domain, Subject and Updated. Status should show the letter C for Closed. To read your closed ticket click its line under the Domain column

You may reopen old tickets at any time.
