This section helps you manage MX entries and SPF records and create email addresses and email forwarders. Webmail access is provided too (image 1)

MX Entry

This is the place where you have to fill in your third party SMTP service MX Entries, such as Google Apps MX Records, to use their custom domain SMTP email service. You need to have your domain added BEFOREHAND in our free hosting system to use this tool.

How to add a new MX entry:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in MX Entry (image 2)
  3. under Domain there’s a drop-down box, select yourdomain.tld, under MX Record fill in your first MX Entry, under Priority field fill in the value suggested by your SMTP provider and finally click in Add button

  4. continue adding records as instructed by your SMTP service provider

Tip: after setting up your external SMTP service you can create a CNAME entry in your domain such as mail.example.com and point it to your SMTP mail service control panel, for example mail.google.com/a/example.com

How to delete MX entries:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in MX Entry (image 5)
  3. find the MX record you want to delete

  4. click in Delete button to the right

SPF Records

This is the place where you can add antispam directives as instructed by your email service provider. You need to have your domain added in our free hosting system to use this tool.

How to add a new SPF record:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in SPF Records (image 7)
  3. under Domain select your domain (you need to have your own domain previously added to have this option), fill in the SPF Record field with the string your service provider requires and finally click in Add button

  4. continue adding records as needed

Tip: if you already have an SPF record just add the new strings at the end

How to delete SPF records:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in SPF Records (image 9)
  3. find the SPF record you want to delete
  4. click in Delete button to the right

Email Accounts

If you want to add a custom email address you can do it here

How to create a new email address:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in Email Accounts (image 10)
  3. under Email Address fill in the username (the string to the left of the @ symbol) , under Domain select yourdomain.tld (the string to the right of the @ symbol), under Password field fill in a strong password for your email address and finally click in Add button

Email Forwarders

You can create a custom email address with your domain and you can forward all emails to a different address.

How to create a new email forwarder:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in Email Forwarders (image 12)
  3. under Email Address fill in the username (the string to the left of the @ symbol) , under Domain select yourdomain.tld (the string to the right of the @ symbol), under Destination Email Address field fill in the email address to forward your mail to, and finally click in Add button

Login to Webmail

To access your email addresses you must use this Webmail icon. This is an internal tool and can only be accessed from the control panel

How to access to your mails with webmail:

  1. login to your control panel
  2. click in Webmail (image 14)
  3. a new window will pop up (you may need to give permission to your browser to open the window), in the Username filed fill in the whole email address, for example username@example.com, in the Password field fill in the password you defined before and finally click in Login button
